Duncan, Weinberg, Genzer & Pembroke, P.C. (DWGP) is looking for a 2L or 3L to fill a part-time (paid) law clerk position in our Washington, DC office, working on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from January to May, 2016. A law clerk at DWGP performs research, drafts client memoranda, drafts pleadings, and supports our attorneys at FERC, in court and at settlement conferences and participates in telephonic and in-person client conferences as needed. The small firm environment at DWGP allows law clerks to perform tasks substantially similar to those of a first year associate.

Ideal candidates will possess strong academic credentials, write and analyze well, and have an interest in real estate finance or affordable housing. Law clerks at Reno & Cavanaugh have opportunities for one-on-one work with experienced attorneys, document drafting, participation in client meetings and financial closings, and writing for posting and publication on affordable housing issues and concerns.
